N° 0026 · Deployment Models

How KairoNull is deployed.

Three engagement models, structured around where your organisation is in its AI governance journey. Every model starts with a scoping conversation. No commitment required before that.

Model 01

Evidence Assessment

A one-time structured assessment of your current AI decision infrastructure. Identifies which systems are in scope, what evidence currently exists, and what the gap looks like under your applicable regulatory frameworks.

Includes

AI system inventory and risk classification
Regulatory framework mapping (EU AI Act, FCA, GDPR, ISO 42001)
Evidence gap analysis against applicable obligations
Governance invariant recommendations
Written assessment report with remediation roadmap
"We know exactly what we have, what we're missing, and what it will take to close the gap."

Model 03

Enterprise Governance Infrastructure

Full governance infrastructure for organisations with multiple AI systems, complex regulatory obligations, or board-level accountability requirements. Includes custom policy framework development and ongoing governance support.

Includes

Everything in Standard Deployment
Custom governance invariant development
Multi-system deployment across business units
Board and committee-ready governance reporting
Regulatory change monitoring and framework updates
External audit facilitation
"Our AI governance posture is now a board-level asset, not a compliance liability."

Every deployment starts the same way.

A 30-minute scoping conversation. We map your AI systems against your regulatory obligations, identify the evidence gap, and confirm which deployment model fits. No commitment required. No sales process. If KairoNull is not the right fit, we will tell you that in the conversation.

Common questions

How long does deployment take?

A single AI call can be instrumented in under 60 seconds. A full Standard Deployment typically takes one to five days depending on the number of systems in scope and the complexity of your policy framework.

Do we need to change our AI models or infrastructure?

No. KairoNull wraps your existing AI calls. Your models, your infrastructure, your data. KairoNull adds the evidence layer at the point of generation without modifying the underlying system.

Where is the evidence stored?

The ledger is maintained in your deployment environment. KairoNull does not require your AI decision data to be transmitted to external systems. The architecture supports on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid deployments.

Can the evidence be verified without KairoNull?

Yes. This is a core design requirement. Every evidence record can be verified using standard cryptographic tools (OpenSSL) without access to KairoNull systems. See the full methodology at kaironull.com/how-verification-works.

What regulatory frameworks does KairoNull address?

EU AI Act (Articles 9, 12, and 50), FCA Consumer Duty and SM&CR evidence requirements, GDPR Article 22 automated decision-making documentation, ISO 42001 AI Management System evidence obligations, and NIST AI RMF governance documentation requirements.
