The Umbra Trust Protocol is an AI governance evidence infrastructure service. It captures, hashes, chains, and stores evidence of AI decisions for regulated organisations. It does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, or regulatory approval of any kind.

Evidence records generated by KairoNull are technical outputs. Their legal sufficiency for any specific regulatory purpose depends on your jurisdiction, applicable law, and your deployment context. You are responsible for assessing whether KairoNull evidence meets your regulatory obligations.

The public verification tool at kaironull.com/verify and the deadline tracker at kaironull.com/deadline are provided free of charge, without warranty. We make no representation that these tools are complete, accurate, or current at any given moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KairoNull's total liability arising from use of the Platform or website is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory losses, including regulatory fines.

8. Governing law
