From AI governance claims to evidence that can be examined.
We help financial-services teams examine AI-assisted actions, disputed approvals and incidents. Start with the assessment to understand what the records show, what is missing and what needs to change.
1. Evidence Readiness Assessment
US$2,500 fixed engagement. Start here to review the evidence for one consequential decision.
Scope: Review one to three agreed AI workflows. Attempt to reconstruct one selected historical decision from available records for the entire engagement.
Deliverables: An Evidence Readiness Record, written findings, up to five prioritised gaps, a target evidence design and a 45-minute findings call.
- Payment
- 50% upfront. Balance due seven calendar days after report delivery.
- Delivery
- Within ten business days once the agreed intake is complete, the upfront payment has cleared and delivery capacity is confirmed.
Additional work after scoping
If the assessment identifies a need for deeper review, control design or implementation, agree the additional work, fees and delivery capacity in writing before it begins.
2. Decision Evidence Reconstruction Sprint
An incident or disputed approval can already be reviewed within the fixed-price assessment. A separate sprint covers additional agreed work, such as further decisions, interviews or a deeper review of records across systems.
The output is a documented timeline, the records supporting it and the evidence gaps that remain.
3. Agent Authority and Control Design
Map who may approve an action, how authority is delegated, and what should happen when an approval is overridden or withdrawn.
Define the approval rules, the records needed to check whether those rules were followed, and the checks required before implementation.
4. Evidence Infrastructure Implementation
A separately scoped pilot covering one workflow, with agreed evidence sources, integration responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Connect the records of the request, approval, executed action and outcome. Check which expected records are present or missing, and agree an export that reviewers can examine and check.
Agree deliverables, hosting and data handling before work starts.
How engagements start
- Discuss one consequential decision, the workflow owner and the review question.
- Agree scope, the responsible contracting party and secure data-handling arrangements.
- Confirm commercial terms, capacity and deliverables in writing.
- Examine supplied and authorised records, then report supported findings, missing evidence and unresolved questions.
Engagement boundaries
Reconstruction depends on the records available. Recovery of missing records is not guaranteed. Control design does not itself enforce permissions; implementation or enforcement requires a separately validated integration.
These consulting offers do not include legal opinions, compliance certification, incident containment or independent attestation.
Before booking: Do not send sensitive records before handling arrangements are agreed.
