KairoNull Decision Assurance
AI took the action. Can you prove who authorised it?
A focused approach to consequential AI-assisted decisions: correlate the recorded instruction, policy, authority, actual execution and resulting outcome. Clearly identify the missing links instead of filling gaps with assumptions.
Reconstruct
The Evidence Readiness Assessment reviews one to three agreed AI workflows and attempts one selected historical decision reconstruction for the entire engagement using supplied records. It produces a bounded Evidence Readiness Record, subject to agreed intake, handling and capacity. An emerging Control Room module is under development, not a generally available hosted service.
Control
Advisory design is subject to written scope and capacity confirmation: map authorisation, delegation, approval and override requirements. Preventive enforcement is a proposed software capability, not currently represented as deployed or independently verified.
Prove
Provide documented source provenance, missing-evidence classifications and reproducible methods where the available material supports them. Cryptographic consistency does not establish capture completeness, source truthfulness, lawful approval or the correctness of an AI outcome.
The four evidence questions
- Agent or system trace: what did the application record?
- Authority: who was entitled to approve the exact action under the relevant policy version?
- Execution receipt: what did the downstream service record?
- Coverage: which expected events are present, missing or inconclusive?
What we will validate next
The proposed product roadmap comprises evidence normalization, cross-system correlation, delegation and authority mapping, expected-event coverage, portable exports and separately tested preventive controls. Availability depends on customer pilots, operational safeguards and acceptance testing.
